Traditional Thai Quick Massage
Well here goes.
Before i start on anything, i would like to say that i am neither endorsing this nor am i getting paid to do this advertorial. Everyone knows that i will share whatever products or shops that i love as i believe that if it benefits me, it will benefits some of you out there, if not all.
Well, there's this quick massage shop at Ang Mo Kio Hub that does Thai traditional massages. As everyone probably already know, Thai massages are famous for their massages where they press directly to your pressure points.
What are the benefits of this? Well, lets see. For starters, it does heal muscle aches. And i can totally vouch for that. How?
Well, Rehan and i were waiting for Sikin at Ang Mo Kio hub. Before that, we were carrying really heavy bags cause we were on this 3 days, 2 nights weekend getaway at Sentosa. So we were waiting and looking for my shorts when we stumble upon this shop.
With our aching muscles and all, Rehan thought maybe why not just try it, so we did. I DID NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT!
Of course, if you're a first timer, you'll feel a little strain on your muscle cause they use their whole body weight to exert pressure on your points (or probably because i'm a little meaty). After you got used to the pressure, it was actually quite relaxing.
Rehan and i totally dozed off. Haha, okay, we didn't but we were about to.
If that's not enough, another benefit of Thai massage is that it helps increase blood circulation and it also decreases blood pressure. DOUBLE WHAM.
It also improves your breathing and really relaxed your tense muscles. I recommend this for all you workaholics, and hey, even housewives.

I decided to bring Frankie (laptop) and Frankie Jr (mobile broadband) at the very last minute this morning cause i demanded everyone to bring their cameras and cables so that i can transfer all the overdue photos and videos into my laptop.
Oh yeah, i get to bring the digital video camera. WOOHOO! Thanx to my mum's friend's younger brother. HEHE.
I don't know what i'm gonna do with it anyway so i guess just wait and see.
Hmm, maybe i should try the banana/sprite myth. Haha

Now that Harper's Island is done, i feel a tad... lonely.
Who would have thought Henry was the killer. So nerdy, yet so dangerous. How sexy.
Can I have Christopher Gorham in such show again? I guess it is kinda sweet the way he killed for Abby (Elaine Cassidy). Shut up, i know i'm weird, but the way he manipulates those other residents is attractive.

Facial routine
So i'm done with my facial routine for today. Hehe, using SK-II products now. I love it lots. Hehe, even though i'm just using the sample kit, but i'm not gonna stop using SK-II products cause it really works.
I can feel the difference in the texture of my skin before and after i use the products. Of course, things don't just disappear overnight, but i can really feel my skin improving. It's more smoother, and it's more radiant. I still have a long way to go until i achieve the porcelain skin like Rin's. Hehe, i adore your skin babe, it's so smooth and gorgeous!
But i read from her blog that she's been a loyal customer of SK-II for 3 years. Haha, maybe that's how long it needs for me to get that crystal clear skin.
Of course, i start off with using SK-II Facial Treatment Cleansing Oil (S$70). It's to get rid of all the make up and it's really easy to use. You can use it just as it is, or you can put it with a little water, either way, it'll get rid of all your make up with ease.
Then i double cleanse it with my Garnier Pure A facial foam (S$5.65). Yes, it's fine to use different products for the face just as long as you know what to do and what not.
Honestly, i've never heard of double cleansing until i went for the SK-II facial. Oh after cleansing, don't forget to towel dry your face. It's better to use a lint-free towel so the lint won't stick to your face.
Since it's Saturday, i add one more step to the normal routine. And that's the mask.
You can use SK-II mask (S$21), of course, it's the best. But for all of you who are on a budget, there's other alternatives as well. As for me (since i'm saving and all), i'm using Pomegranate Face Mask from Guardian, which costs only S$1.95 per sheet.
This mask contains pomegranate extract and sodium hyalunorate which replenishes skin moisture and prevents skin ageing. Since i have moderately dry skin (as what the beautician said), it's the best choice for me as the mask is for intense hydration.
There are other extract too, like lavender, that help soothe and relax your skin. Also with the likes of green tea extract which is for lightening up your skin.
I'm not expert so i can't tell you which extract is good for your skin, but i have to say the intense hydration face mask i'm using is very refreshing. It leaves the skin really smooth and supple. I'd recommend it.
Anyway, put on the mask for 15-20 mins, you can do it bi-weekly or for best results, use it 3 times a week. After that, don't forget to rinse your face. 13 times, and that's it. Not more, cause if you wash your face for more than 5 mins, it'll dehydrate your skin. Weird but true, i read it in Cleo. Hehe.
Towel dry your face, once again i repeat, preferably lint-free. Use toner, and you can see all the dirt your make up pad pick up. Don't forget to moisturize your skin. I'm using SK-II Facial Clear Solution (around S$70). It makes my skin feel really cool.

Baby steps
Daddy finally stepped into the house for the first time in 10 years. Not only that, he stayed for half an hour too.
Brother is back from the army camp and is sick shitless. His body temperature is hot almost burning. It was kinda funny looking at Brother like that, since he's always so tough and all. I just realized that he can tolerate any kind of physical or mental torture from the army but when it comes to illness, he's just like a kitten. HEHE kidding.
He came home a day early since his whole platoon is down with fever. I'm surprised they're not being quarantined in camp. He got 7 days leave and Mummy's nagging at him so he won't go out during his sick leave.
Oh well.
Honestly, i still want my parents back together. And i'm thinking maybe the reason why i treasure relationships is because of my parents. Of course, yes, i know my parents are divorced, but deep down, i know they still love each other.
Daddy have never strayed. Daddy have always been faithful. Mummy is too egoistic to admit her own mistakes, and maybe Daddy is too. But if they're happier this way, then maybe i should just accept the fact that they're never gonna be together again.
Sorry for the sentimental post. Just suddenly dawned to me that sometimes you need to let go to appreciate that person even more. *smiles*

Mummy forbids
Mummy forbids me to buy anymore shoes, but i'm starting to love stocking on my shoe collection. Oh No! I'm becoming like Fafa! Haha.
I hide my new shoes from Dorothy Perkins from Mummy but she found out eventually. She called me while i was at work to shout at me for buying shoes. Hehe, she told me she'll sell my shoes for $20! ARGHH.
Anyway! I finally get to show off my new shoes since i already gave Linsy her birthday present. Envy it! Haha.

Attack of the vanity
I want to dye my hair chocolate brown, kinda brunette-y and then make some new extensions for my hair to make it longer and thicker. Hehe.
Learn how to wear false eyelashes and start learning how to put on different types of make up, rather than just smokey eyes.
I've mastered the smokey eyes and that's all i know how to do. HAHA, shame on me.
I want to be a girly girl now. Wear more dresses. Hmmm, but then, i don't wanna lose that streak of punk, metal, rock chick in me.
We shall see once i do the transformation. HEHE

Gah. Anyway, i'm alone in the Agency department. Sidah went home, so did Rajan, so i'm left alone. Oh wait, I think Hitesh is in his office with his wife and kids, packing. Hmmmm, inside info, can't share. ~blimey

I don't know why people keep picking on XiaXue. Calling her fake, stupid, whore and all other crude words just to get a reaction out of her. I think all these sad losers should just leave her alone.
Who cares if she blogs about her shopping escapades or how much she loves her nails. If her readers find it interesting, who are you to judge.
I have to admit, i am not an ardent follower of XiaXue but i do read her blog once in a while. Yes, some may not make sense but i find her post very thought provoking and sometimes very witty.
I'm a girl. I love her shopping posts, cause i too want to know where to find the cheapest deals. It's like looking glamorous and expensive without leaving a burn on your pocket. So why is it that some people have problems with her posting her receipts of her awesome finds? I don't get it either.
These goons must lead a really despondent life to even pick on people about what they write on their blogs. Yes, everyone's entitled to write anything on their blog, but when you start condemning other people's writing style on your blog, no doubt that will start a war.
Wait, i think it's fine to criticize someone about their blogs but don't let it get too personal. You don't know that person. They say reading what a person write on his or her blog/diary shows alot about a person. I say BULLSHIT. You can only guess so much about how a person is from a blog. There's only so much a blogger would want you to read.
So i think it's really downright degrading on your part to judge someone on how a person blogs. Yes, XiaXue do sound shallow sometimes, but who isn't? We love money, we love material things, so what rights have you got to say damned things about XiaXue.
Honestly, i'm not taking XiaXue's side and i sure as hell don't know her personally. But all these people coming out of nowhere trying to get a freaking reaction out of her is characterized by or proceeding from mental dullness; STUPID.
About her being stupid. If you read her blog from the beginning, she is anything but stupid. Controversial, yes. Rude, nyeah maybe. Stupid? NEVER. I read once that she have an IQ of 145. That's way above average and definitely far above most of the people out there.
Fake? Well maybe cause of the photoshopped photos. Who cares. If it makes her happy, why would you even comment about that? Does it sickens you to see her so happy? Then too bad people, that's your issues.
And the ever talked about nose job. STOP IT WITH THAT ALREADY. There's nothing taboo about doing a fucking nose job. People do nose jobs all the time, she's only getting hell cause she decided to do let the TV production air in on tele. Here's the thing, if i have money, i will sure as hell get a nose surgery done. Believe me.
So enough about XiaXue being fake already. You people should start a new hobby. Pfft
