Wonder wonder.

Ever since i could remember, i have been questioning myself how things got their name. The chairs? Why are they called chairs?

I mean, modern knowledge and meaning aside, have you all ever wonders how things got their names? 

Like @fizan22 said on Twitter, "Hw did alphabets come abt? Hw did dey even form words? Ahhh de list goes on..". 

Cool to see that i'm not the only one. 

The thing about me is i'm a curious feline. I'm always questioning things, i'm always asking why. I mean, it can get a little annoying sometimes, cause i ask the most unnecessary questions EVER.

For example, i use to ask everyone if animals can get STDs. Well when i was younger, i didn't know Google or Yahoo or all that jazz. I ask my friends and i think some of them get really annoyed.

Well my point is this. Being curious is fine, asking questions is great, but when does thinking become too unnecessary?
Oh by the way, animals do get STDs, but they are of a different strain to human. Haha yeah, i had to answer that. And also, bats have the most number of homosexuals in their kingdom.

I know right. Weird how being curious come up with all these questions. I have no idea where i'm going with this post, but i just wanna update you all what's going through my mind most of the times.

Other than friends, family and the boyfriend, i think about weird things.


Yeah anyways, sorry i haven't been blogging lately, I feel like i have lost all my isms an motivation to blog. Fret not though, i will most definitely get back my isms. If you all know me, you all know how opinionated i can be. I have so many things going through my head at once and i'm sure one day i will go back to having the juiciest drama for my blog. Just right now, i have no one to insult yet. 

Haha, well abrupt end! Toodles.

Update.

Guess who's going to New Zealand in April? 

I'll give you a hint. She's cool, she's the best and she's oh-so awesome. Haha yeap, me!

I'll be gone from 2nd April to the 16th April. 2 weeks. 2 freaking weeks! Creepy.

Cleaning Escapade

Didn't had anything to do this weekend, so i don't know what's gotten into me, i decided to clean my room. If you all know me, you know that i HATE cleaning up my room. Cause i'm allergic to dust. My eyes will get really red, my face will get super puffy, i'll get rashes everywhere and i will never stop sneezing.
So, to prevent myself from sneezing and ending up with a swollen face, i brought home some face masks from work. Yeap, that is me. Sleepy face with no make up and all.



Anyways, while cleaning, i found $17.40 in a bag i have ever barely touched for a year. It's like a treasure hunt in my room. I will always have loose change lying around. That is one of the reasons why my mum LOVES tidying up my room. She'll call me after that and said she found money in my room and gonna keep it as tips. Haha



Well, along the way, i can't help but get side tracked by the old diary i thought i lost. I laughed so hard at how i was talking about my exes. It's weird reading it back but i think it's a good thing that it didn't bring back that good old flutter in the stomach. Anyways, i read how stupid my diary was so i threw it away. Well yeah, i don't keep any of my old diaries anymore. Waste of space. Haha



Yeah, while cleaning, i can't help but camwhore with the Fedora hat that i bought on impulse in KL cause it looked good on me. Haha, gotta try to work it, with a face mask and while i'm itchy all over. 



Yeap, took pictures of all the pillage i have. This is to prove to people that i do not have that much makeup/accessories/shoes. 





At the end of the cleaning process, my whole body was full of rashes. Hey, but atleast i didn't sneeze right.




I treated myself to a facial after the hard day of work! Haha

My dream home when i was 13.

I was cleaning my room over the weekend i found my composition titled "A home". Well i thought i'd share it with you all since i got like 30 out of a possible 40! 


 Here goes:-


"The four-storey high building with a sandy brown shade of paint stands out over the rolling mountains. The salty smell of air does not fail to cheer me up whenever i am feeling blue as it always reminds me of the sea. That is where the house is located. A four-storey beach house overlooking the sea is every person's dream house. Before we can enter the house, we are welcomed by the never-ending pathway that leads to the house. The ever calming sound of the wave give everyone a piece of mind.


The scenery outside is nothing compare to the features inside the house, which stands majestically for people to see and use. The first storey consist of a sitting room, kitchen, lavatories and a dining room. The sitting room holds a marble-top table and six comfortable chairs with legs carved elegantly to match the other furnitures. The dining room which is exquisitely decorated makes everyone who is in there feel really warm and welcome. The curtains on the window dance gracefully at the soft touch of the wind.


The second-storey holds a really homey feeling to everyone who enter. the photos are pasted perfectly in the delicately shaped frames. There are about four bedrooms on that floor and one of them has my name pasted on it. The room is really spacious and cosy. The bed just enough for two persons, fits perfectly beside the diamond cut window. The study table matches perfectly with the creatively painted wardrobe. The window is my favourite place When you look out at it, it is as if someone has spilled a big can of blue paint all over the surrounding. From the window, you can see the calm and cool ocean rolling its way up the shore. The green patches of trees stand out healthily over the sandy beach.


The four-storey beach house matches really well with the sea blue atmosphere. This is where everyone would like to call a home."


Well, there you go. Grammar mistakes and all. Haha.

Haha, nah, i'm not going to Orange County anytime soon. Just lately, everyone around me is so full of drama. Okay, not everyone, most of them. But as usual, people won't admit it, just push all the drama to the one nearest to them. Poor me.

Now it's 12:51am, Sunday, 15th February 2010.

I am actually very sleepy right now. I'm yawning non stop and my eyes are only half open, but it's okay. I am gonna blog for a bit cause i had the best Valentine's Day ever. 

Why you might ask? 

Baby woke me up by text messaging me this morning. And then i went back to sleep, but we kept texting each other back and forth so i decided to wake up. Then, he called me to wish me Happy Valentine's Day. How sweet is that?? 

He sounded goooood. Boo, you sounded smexi! Haha. Poor him though, had to listen to my annoying morning voice. I'm sure nothing else can beat that in the annoying department.

I have a raspy voice in the morning, and sometimes it either breaks or it comes off as being very shrieky. Haha thank you, Baby, for tolerating my morning voice. 

Well anyway, i was nervous before he called. My hands were cold, my stomach turned. I don't know why, maybe it was excitement. That was the first time Baby called after we knew each other for almost 2 years, and 3 months ever since we got into a relationship. 

But then, the phone call wasn't as bad as i thought. I managed to understand most of what he said. Haha, i had to make him repeat his sentences two or three times before i can understand his Kiwi accent. He talked fast too. I had to literally stop whatever i'm doing to understand what he said. 

Sorry Baby! Haha *smooooch* 

After that, we had a brief cam date. Yeah, wasn't long cause i was gonna go out with the girlies. Atleast i get to see him for a moment, right? 

Well with that said, Baby made me the most happiest girl this Valentine's Day.

Date with the girls was beyond fun. Had Ben&Jerry's ice cream at Heaven's Loft at Orchard Central. Half of the shops were closed but we were fine with it cause there's not much crowd to go through. The escalator up was so high. Hehe, we felt as if we were on a roller coaster ride. You can see the video in my Facebook.

After that, we went to Forever 21 and tried on every possible accessories, shades and shoes in there. Haha i nearly bought the whole store! Hehe, just kidding. Didn't buy anything, except for that shades, which cost $11. Sorry Baby! 

Then we had dinner at Long John's Silver. We were a little bummed that Linsy couldn't come so we came up with a plan to actually surprise her. We didn't just want to go there for nothing, so we came up with a plan.

Well, girls you know, drama is part of us. So the plan was to make me call Linsy to say that the other two girls pissed me off. Knowing Linsy, i told the girls that she wouldn't believe me cause she knows how much i love being around them. 

We wanted Sikin to do it but once again, we know Linsy wouldn't believe her. So in the end, Rehan did it. We believe that Rehan made the best candidate cause when she gets annoyed, she'll just leave. *think Sentosa (hehe, just kidding babe!)* 

So we made Rehan called Linsy to ask her if she could go there cause Rehan had to talk to her. Rehan made it as though we didn't like hanging out with her and being around her, she was super believable that Linsy took the bait.

We were laughing when Rehan put down the phone. 

So we bought Linsy her favourite Caesar Salad (with double chicken topping) from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and off to Linsy's home in the cab. 

Had a nice heart-to-heart talk with the girls in the cab but what we talked about shall be discussed in another blog post (if i feel like it, or else, just ask me!).

We decided to make Rehan go in the house first and pretended to be super pissed at us. Texted Kak Nora to tell her that Sikin and I are outside and not to tell Linsy cause we're gonna surprise her. Well Kak Nora told Linsy and Rehan had to improvise from the situation and told Linsy that we didn't know that she's there.

Linsy caught us sneaking behind the wall while trying to hide Rehan's shoes from us and shoved Rehan into the other bedroom. Hehe, we were both looking very distressed pretending that Rehan left us in the middle of the outing. 

Linsy was looking really concerned. Haha, so she does have feelings and emotions after all! Kidding cousin! 

Rehan went out of the other room and went inside Linsy's room and yelled, "SURPRISE!". So yeah, that's the story. Haha

This year's Valentine's Day was really awesome. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend and better girlfriends! Thanks for making this year a great one for me! Love you all to blitz!
