Breakfast:
I had rice with sambal goreng and beef rendang. Mum bought it for me cause she knows i LOVE this packed rice from that particular store.
Right, for all of you who don't know what sambal goreng and beef rendang are, it's a Malay traditional dish.
Sambal goreng is basically a chili based sauce that has bean curd, bean cake, long beans and some do put in meat (beef or mutton). Beef rendang is similar to beef curry, BUT the only difference is that, you use toasted coconut in the rendang dish, with more aromatic spices. They usually cook it for a very very long time to get the gravy really thick.
After that, i had some sliced mangoes. Yum!
Lunch:
I didn't eat anything for lunch cause i forgot to eat. Yeah, i tend to be like that sometimes, which is not good i know.
Dinner:
I had 4 tablespoonfuls of rice and hard-boiled egg cooked in chili. Yeah. It was just a light dinner cause i was gonna go for a run after that.
So yah, basically, that's all i ate today.
