I'm not gonna put the exact amount of each ingredient, cause it's more of an estimation. It also depends on how many servings you guys want and how nutty you guys want your hot chocolate drink to taste. This post is just for one serving, so you guys can roughly know the idea.
So, here we go.
What we need:
Ingredients -
Of course, the main ingredients are Nutella chocolate spread, and milk. You can use any type of milk, any brand, whichever you prefer. I have just been liking Meiji Low Fat milk a whole lot. You can use full milk, skim fill, full fat and all that jazz.
At this point, you can also have a pinch of cinnamon or for your all caffeine lover, a pinch of coffee powder would work as well. You can also have whipped cream and those mini marsh mellows for those who likes their hot chocolate a little more creamier, but i prefer mine just plain Nutella.

You need a saucepan to heat up the milk in, whisk for easier blending, spoon and of course, a cup. Or a mug. Or bottle. Haha
Now that we got the ingredients out of the way, lets start, shall we?

So start by pouring some milk in your cup. Pour 1/3 of the milk in the cup into a saucepan.
Now, turn on the fire. It should be low-medium heat setting so you won't burn your milk, you just want it to warm up a little bit.
Put in about two table spoons of Nutella chocolate spread. Now, this is all up to your preference. I prefer mine tasting a little bit chocolaty, a little bit nutty but not too sweet. You can lesser the amount of Nutella if you want to taste the milk or you can add more of the Nutella if you want more of a sweet and chocolaty taste to your milk.
Then, you just start whisking it so the Nutella and milk will blend. Make sure it doesn't boil though, cause you'll separate the fat in the milk, so you need to keep on checking your fire. Check the bottom of the saucepan as well cause the Nutella tend to stick to the bottom of the pan, so you have to really blend it well.
Now pour the rest of the remaining milk into the saucepan and start whisking to blend them. At this point, you can add in your pinch of cinnamon or coffee powder.
So, warm through all the remaining milk. I cannot stressed enough on how you shouldn't let your hot chocolate boil up. Haha, and so, you want it frothy, but not boiling.
You guys are gonna kill me for telling you all what to do next. Haha pour the hot chocolate back in the cup. You can proceed to add your whipped cream or mini marsh mellows or both.
Here comes the best part. Drinking it! Enjoy!
I know, it's pretty simple right? It's just like me to put in pictures and make it into something long winded. Try it, and let me know what you guys think of the drink. Who knows, you guys might even improvise it and make it into something more nice? Yeah, so tell me how it goes.
If you guys like more of these "How to" blog post, do leave me a comment in the post or Twitter, and i'll see what i can do about it. Leave me suggestions on what you guys want me to do. I might do the sugar+honey+olive oil facial scrub that i love so much.
Till then, toorah!
